Rent is:
$300 per week per room

Short-terms housing only
Each room is rented for an entire semester,
typically 18 weeks
Fall: approximately August 20 - December 22
Spring: approximately January 15 - May 23
Summer: Four week minimum stay, June 1- July 31

Women International students only
Must be at least 20 years old
Must be accepted to a Boston area school

No agency-brokers fees.

All utilities and wifi are included in the rent (electricity, water, gas, heat, AC). The tenant agrees to act reasonably to avoid wasting of utilities.

Meals:
A self-serve breakfast is included in the rent (coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread for toast, jams and cereal)
The tenant is responsible for all other meals and has full access to the kitchen.

Laundry (washer & dryer) availability
No guests unless prearranged.
​
No smoking. No additional pets.
The owner has a pet bird
