Rent is:
$350 per week per room

Short-term housing only
Each room is rented for an entire semester,
typically 18 -19 weeks
Fall: August 15 - December 22 = $6,500
Spring: January 10 - May 22 = $6,650

Must be at least 20 years old
Must be accepted to a Boston area school

All utilities and wifi are included in the rent (electricity, water, gas, heat, AC). The tenant agrees to act reasonably to avoid wasting of utilities.

Meals:
A self-serve breakfast is included in the rent
(coffee, tea, milk, bread for toast, jams and cereal)
The tenant is responsible for all other meals and has full access to the kitchen.

Laundry (washer & dryer) availability
No guests unless prearranged.
​
No smoking. No additional pets.
The owner has a pet bird
